Once you have your child theme installed it will install all the demo content from the theme, including the images, products and blog posts. If you wish to remove any of the demo contents, you will have to do it manually and it’s recommended that you remove things that you don’t need like blog posts, products and images. Below are detailed instructions on how to remove the following:
Pages #
1. On your WordPress admin panel, Navigate to > Pages > All Pages.
2. Click the top checkbox to bulk select all the pages you want to remove.
3. Click on Bulk Actions and select move to trash> click the apply button to move selected pages to trash, then click on the trash button and empty trash.
Blog Posts #
1. On your WordPress admin panel, Navigate to > Posts > All Posts.
2. Click the top checkbox to bulk select all the posts you want to remove.
3. Click on Bulk Actions and select move to trash> click the apply button to move selected posts to trash, then click on the trash button and empty trash.
Comments #
1. On your WordPress admin panel, Navigate to > Comments
2. Click the top checkbox to bulk select all the comments you want to remove.
3. Click on Bulk Actions and select move to trash> click the apply button to move selected comments to trash, then click on the trash button and empty trash.
Products #
1. On your WordPress admin panel, Navigate to > Products > All Products
2. Click the top checkbox to bulk select all the products you want to remove.
3. Click on Bulk Actions and select move to trash> click the apply button to move selected products to trash, then click on the trash button and empty trash.
Menus #
1. On your WordPress admin panel, Navigate to > Appearance > Menus
2. Click the top checkbox to bulk select all the menu items you want to remove, make sure you’re not using them anywhere on your website
3. At the bottom of that same page, click Remove Selected Items
